Thank you for being here, here’s a glance into how Magic Oven Bakery came to be.

I have fond memories when I was a little kid spending my weekend mornings in the kitchen doing anything I could to help my mom bake, from banana bread to cookies to pies. Years have passed but my fascination with how single ingredients can be whisked, mixed, and folded together to create a delicious treat hasn’t faded.

I took this motivation with me as I applied for the highly competitive Baking & Pastry Arts Management program at George Brown College. I graduated with honours and have been hard at work ever since. I am located in Port Hope, and am still filling my house with the scent of fresh banana bread and cookies on weekend mornings.

I’ve always felt the most inspired when I’m in the kitchen and am able to be imaginative, creating a little magic for all of you…
